In March 2026 the Rose Revived became the Kentish Tap. The taproom and restaurant specialise in local produce. It is a large, comfortable country pub with extensive gardens, children's play area and a heated marquee in which events such as private parties can be held. In addition to regular restaurant meals a carvery, operating on both Wednesday and Sunday . The bar area is characterised by comfortable seating arranged around a log fire with a large brick hearth, stripped wooden flooring and interesting black and white photographs of old Hadlow hung on the walls. Customers are welcome to use the car park to start a local country walk before returning to the pub for well-earned refreshment.
