This popular micropub is long and narrow with tables and chairs in the front half quiet area whereas to the rear is the bar and lively snug. Decorated with huge maps of the world, pump clips and old cameras one is always assured a warm welcome. On offer are three well-kept ales from a wide range of breweries all served directly from the cask. Regular quizzes, cribbage nights on Monday evenings and often live music on Sunday afternoons.
