An isolated, weather-boarded inn set among woodland and well worth finding. The low beamed main bar has a large fireplace with a wood-burning stove. Seating/eating areas are at either end. The new paintwork gives a light and airy appearance. Good sized enclosed grassed garden area. A large car park is close but opposite. The kitchen was refurbished February 2022 and new menu presented. Breakfast is available Wednesday to Sunday and takeaway food all week. Walkers, families and dogs are welcome in the enclosed good size grassed area.
