Traditional country-style pub dating from 1673 situated near the town centre. It has two bars, a low-ceilinged tap room featuring an 1880s Dartford Brewery mirror and a larger bar leading to a conservatory where meals are served Thursday to Sunday (booking advised for Sunday roasts). A large beer garden leads off the conservatory. The Fastrack "B" bus stops just across the road to the rear of the garden, where barbeques are hosted in the summer.
